We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, without liability.

  1. REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS 2.1 To use our services, you must:

Recruiters may only hire for their own organization. 4.7 Unauthorized access sharing will result in account termination. 4.8 Delivery of login credentials typically occurs within 10 minutes but may vary due to technical issues. 4.9 Support inquiries may be directed to support@AffordableWages.com.

PRICING AND PAYMENT 5.1 All prices are displayed in US Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 5.2 Prices are subject to change prior to purchase confirmation. 5.3 Payment must be received in full prior to access. 5.4 We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 5.5 We do not accept mailed or faxed payments. 5.6 Payment validation may be required. 5.7 We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

  4. REFUND POLICY 6.1 We offer a 31-day refund policy on the most recent subscription payment. Refunds must be requested in writing. 6.2 No refunds will be issued for payments older than 31 days. 6.3 Each user is eligible for one refund only.

  5. LICENSE & RESTRICTIONS 7.1 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for internal business purposes. 7.2 You may not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Resell or sublicense the service

  • Use bots or automated systems to access the platform 7.3 Posting or soliciting jobs related to the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Adult content or pornography

  • Gambling or crypto transactions

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content

  • Commission-only roles without base pay

  • Unpaid trials or internships

  • Multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes

  • Misleading or fraudulent roles

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 8.1 All content and technology on AffordableWages.com is owned by Affordable Wages LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. 8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or use the site’s content without written permission.

  2. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT 9.1 We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or websites linked from AffordableWages.com. 9.2 You use third-party services at your own risk.

  3. TERMINATION 10.1 You may cancel your subscription through by contacting support. 10.2 Access to the service continues through the billing period. 10.3 Breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination. 10.4 Upon termination, access rights are revoked and any remaining data must be deleted. 10.5 Refunds are not provided for terminated accounts unless eligible under the refund policy.

  4. AFFILIATE PROGRAM 11.1 Affiliates earn 40% commission on eligible referred subscriptions. 11.2 Commissions are paid via PayPal after a 30-day waiting period. 11.3 Fraudulent, refunded, or self-referrals are ineligible for commission. 11.4 Affiliates must comply with marketing guidelines, and violations may result in termination and forfeiture of earnings.

  5. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AffordableWages and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

  6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER 13.1 Services are provided "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind. 13.2 We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  7. INTERNET DELAYS 14.1 AffordableWages is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by the internet or third-party providers.

  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 15.1 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the past 12 months. 15.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  9. LOCAL LAWS 16.1 You are responsible for compliance with all local, state, and international laws.

  10. NOTICES 17.1 All notices should be sent to support@AffordableWages.com. Notices to you will be sent to your registered contact information.

  11. GOVERNING LAW 18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. 18.2 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Utah courts.

  12. MISCELLANEOUS 19.1 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will remain in effect. 19.2 No waiver of rights is enforceable unless in writing. 19.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AffordableWages regarding the use of the website and services.
